I love working with The Jones Group. I have been working with another CPA for the past 5 years and decided to make a change for various reasons. I am a real estate investor plus run an active business and I had been searching for a great tax partner to handle my requirements. Net net - I have been extremely pleased with the team. They have been very responsive, provided a few new tax strategies that I hadn't been leveraging and they were able to prepare my taxes in a timely manner. I appreciate the ability to review my tax strategy with my CPA (Richard in this case has been amazing) and proactively plan for the upcoming year. I love their platform. Easy to upload documents, easy to review and sign tax returns and leverage these signed tax returns for banks, lenders, etc. My old CPA had a funky approach which made it hard to unlock tax returns and this platform is very easy to interact with. The platform also provides notifications when returns have been filed. I had done a lot of research on CPAs prior to making the switch and I am extremely happy with my decision. Great value and great service with a very knowledgeable team.

Our tax situation is fairly complex, with owning several companies as well as running a full time real estate business, we needed a lot of help and hand holding through the tax filing process. Jones CPA Group took the time to get to know us, our needs, and helped us organize and file for all of our entities and our personal taxes in a timely and efficient way.
