I had a very disappointing experience with this attorney. I paid $350 for a consultation that lasted less than 30 minutes, during which I felt judged and belittled rather than supported. I didn’t learn anything new that I hadn’t already researched on my own, making the consultation feel like a complete waste of time and money. After taking the steps she initially recommended, I reached out again, only to be told that she was completely full and could not take my case. Instead, she referred me to another attorney—something that could have been communicated upfront rather than after I had already invested in the consultation. I also found it frustrating that she was unwilling to answer any questions outside of inbound U.S. immigration, even when they were related to my situation. While I understand that’s not her primary jurisdiction, a little flexibility or guidance would have been appreciated. Overall, for the price, I expected a more helpful and professional experience. There are other attorneys available who are just as knowledgeable, if not more, for a fraction of the cost—without making you feel belittled in the process. I would not recommend this attorney based on my experience.

We used Irina’s services for the adjustment of status process. They have been a great help and overall made the whole process so much easier for my husband and I. They are very responsive, will call or email you back as soon as possible and are always able to answer any questions quickly and efficiently. They stay in contact with you throughout the whole process and make sure everything is moving a long successfully. They even make sure you are prepped and ready for your interview.
