I understand that legal cases can take time, and you never fully know what’s happening on the other end, but communication is really important to me. I also recognize that employees are human, and it’s impossible to control everyone’s actions perfectly. While there have been some bumps in communication with a few employees at the firm, I truly appreciate how the manager handled the situation. She took full accountability, apologized for the lapses, and made sure to explain everything to me in detail. It’s refreshing to see someone in a leadership role take ownership and show genuine concern for the client experience. Good communication will always drive the client experience. I wanted to be able to leave a good review after everything was settled. Glad I was able to. Thank you.

Just recently used Castro law firm for a child custody/support case. Coming into this was extremely nerve wracking and terrifying as a father but I felt comfort knowing I had Castro law firm on my side. If you need legal assistance and have any questions in regards to your case schedule a consultation with the Castro Firm. I am going through a divorce where I had so many questions and no understanding about what I needed to do. I spoke on the phone with Ms. Castro and she really takes the time out for her clients. She went through all of my documents in a short span and was able to give me a clearer direction on what I needed to do. I can not thank her enough for the information I received and making me feel comfortable during our entire conversation.
