Highly recommend this firm!! From start to finish the attention to detail, compassion, understanding and over all readiness to stand in your corner. This firm will do it all!! I never felt alone in my case while I was this firm. Although my case was not an easy case, this firm stood by me the whole way. There’s no pressure to just finish your case until you feel satisfied. From the receptionists, to the paralegal, to Mr. Rooks himself, should I ever find myself needing them again, I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out.

The receptionist Kayla has a very nasty attitude with callers, I tried to explain my situation to him and he brush me off and hung up on me as if I wasn’t important. Didn’t even get a chance to get a call back or speak to Morgan rooks. Will not be calling back.

Extremely unpersonable, did not ask any questions that would have led to a deeper comprehension of what I'm going through. It felt like I was speaking to the opposing counsel. Edit: The owner's response does not address the fact that a lawyer's best assets are his empathy, emotional intelligence, and the ability to ask thoughtful questions that will lead to a greater understanding of the issue at hand-- the man I spoke to on the phone had NONE of these. Your dismissive tone says more than my review does. A good lawyer knows that there is no way to correctly evaluate a case in a less than 10 minute phone call.

As someone on active duty, I was away for months at a time and often couldn’t take calls, but Frank worked around my schedule with total professionalism. He dedicated over a year of his time to my case, knowing the settlement wouldn’t truly compensate him—but he stuck with it because it was the right thing to do. We were able to avoid going to court, which saved me from any out-of-pocket costs. I didn’t pay anything up front, and the firm only took a little over $3,000 from the final settlement—not out of pocket—which was extremely fair, especially considering I ended up receiving nearly double what I was originally owed.
