Expert legal analysis from professionals that care... The Lipp Law Firm provided advice that was both strategic and easy to understand. Their attention to detail and prompt communication made a complex process manageable. They did not just offer legal counsel; they offered peace of mind. Finding a legal partner that balances expertise with empathy is rare.

Kathryn and Saroja at Lipp Law Firm were absolutely amazing. I came to this law firm confused not sure what my options were and so stressed out. Kathryn and Saroja took my case, kept me updated along the way and always explained every step. I am so grateful to Lipp Law Firm and highly recommend!

I had a great experience working with The Lipp Law Firm. The attorneys are excellent to work with -- very knowledgeable, compassionate, and responsive. I always felt like I was in good hands and had a true partner on my side.

It wasn’t my intention to post a Google review. I first emailed The Lipp Law Firm directly with detailed feedback about my experience, which I’ve summarized below. The response I received was less than apologetic; in fact, they stated they were “proud of the outcome.” To be clear, there was no meaningful negotiation or representation that led to that outcome. We submitted a demand, and opposing counsel returned with a counteroffer; that was the end of the talks. The attorneys advised me to accept the counteroffer because they had already decided it was a “good outcome.” Except for fast-tracking the EEOC complaint (which I am grateful for), everything else that happened would have happened regardless of whether I had retained attorneys. For them to say they are “proud” of the outcome suggests that their work produced it, when the facts do not support that. I hired this firm to represent me in a workplace matter, but my experience was disappointing. While the attorneys were polite and responsive at times, they did not truly advocate for me or work to achieve the best possible outcome. We began with a clear goal for my separation agreement, but after the employer’s counteroffer, my attorneys advised me to accept it without further negotiation. There was no pushback, strategy, or effort to improve the offer. I later learned that another executive at the same organization—who had no EEOC claim and no legal representation—received the same terms. That confirmed that what was described to me as a “good outcome” was simply acceptance of the employer’s standard offer, not the product of meaningful legal advocacy. Throughout the process, I never felt that my perspective was truly understood or represented. The firm acted more as a conduit for communication than as actual advocates. While I know that not every case can deliver the ideal result, I expected a higher level of engagement, guidance, and advocacy than what I received. This experience left me disappointed and more skeptical of the legal process overall. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this firm to others looking for hands-on or assertive representation.

Great attorney firm. Mr. Ryen Rasmus is the most knowledgeable, professional and kindest lawyer I have dealt with. Totally recommend!
