After 20+years of my Mom dealing with negligent attorneys, that have just taken the money, some have filed paperwork wrong, even one got her to have a order of deportation (crazy)... But finally, the entire family is so glad & blessed that we found Andres Lopez. Him and his team were able to get my Mom's immigration situation straight. Her Green Card is in the mail. Mine is a very complicated case. I approached so many attorneys from various states but none of them were able to solve my issue. Becoming legal with a felony can be hard. I met Andres less than 24 hours before my court, before I met him I consulted with 2 other attorneys and one told me that I didn’t have a chance the other told me that I had a 50/50 chance when I met Andres he told me that I would get deported the day of my court but he also took the time and explained how the law work and the “possibilities” of overturning my deportation, he explained the law to a full extent and in the most understandable way posible, he advised me of the routes we should take and why, but he never promised me anything, never game me false hope or possible outcomes he always told me how the law works and what we needed to do for the best case scenario, even though my felony complicated most forms of reliefs Andres showed great audacity and vast knowledge of the immigration law, with his help we file a lawsuit against the director of USCIS this years because my legalities were granted since 2020 but ICE had fail to notify my attorney about it for 4 years consequently my deportation was overturned, and one of the most critical things for my case which was a “waiver of inadmissibility” was granted and the uvisa I had been waiting on for more than 10 years was finally granted. I can’t recommend Andres Lopez and the Lopez law firm enough, great knowledge and wisdom in the field of immigration law very honest and forward man.

I cannot recommend Lopez Law Firm enough. They made what can be such a stressful and draining immigration process so much more manageable and palatable than it could have been. They were always professional, friendly and very responsive. I have worked with other immigration lawyers in the past and they were often not so responsive or helpful.
