From my horrible experience.. Don't risk your time and money. Thanks to the Ortiz law firm my immigration case got archived for almost 2 years. My case got approved in less then 6 months (2019) since they put up the application and send all the paper work. But the staff from Ortiz Law never answer or told me that I had been approved and that my appointment had a date scheduled (also on 2019) So I had to wait in MX for almost 4 years (2019- 2023). We had to pay all the fees all over again, they didn't even apologized for their horrible mistake and unprofessional manners.

Do not recommend. For the amount of money they charge, you would think they’d at least have your paperwork ready on time before your consulate appointment.

I just became a permanent resident with the help of the Ortiz Law firm. We had no problems everything went very smooth. Thais is seriously the best. She always responded like 10 min after I would email her. She’s so sweet and friendly. I trust her very much and I will contact her once I am eligible to apply for citizenship. Everyone else at the front desk were also great! I will always recommend this office.

Excellent service! I will always recommend them to anybody! After going to several lawyers they gave us no hope but we came across the Ortiz team and the process was super smooth, fast and easy! I will always be super grateful for them. I was able to complete one of my life goals all thanks to them :)
