I just became a permanent resident with the help of the Ortiz Law firm. We had no problems everything went very smooth. Thais is seriously the best. She always responded like 10 min after I would email her. She’s so sweet and friendly. I trust her very much and I will contact her once I am eligible to apply for citizenship. Everyone else at the front desk were also great! I will always recommend this office.
