My experience with Spiggle Law Firm was disappointing. I contacted Spiggle Law Firm regarding a wrongful termination matter and paid approximately $2600. In return, my interaction consisted of two phone calls and one email, and I never received a clear strategy or meaningful progress on the case. The main issue in my case was communication and lack of direction. After the initial discussions, things seemed to stall and it was unclear what work was actually being done or what the next steps would be. Afterward, I noticed several other reviews describing similar concerns about communication and value relative to the upfront cost, which unfortunately reflected my experience as well. I understand legal matters are complex and outcomes aren’t guaranteed. However, for the amount paid, I expected more engagement, clearer guidance, and a defined path forward. In my case, the $3,100 fee compared to the limited communication and progress left me questioning the value of the services provided. Prospective clients may want to ask detailed questions about what work is included in the initial fee and what level of communication to expect.

I engaged Spiggle Law Firm to address a situation with my previous employer. Without getting into the details of the case (I had to sign a confidentiality agreement), I wanted to say that the outcome was in my favor. I am very happy with the settlement I received. Mr. Ludwig was the attorney (at Spiggle Law) who handled my case. He is a top notch attorney - understood all the nuances of my situation and put forward a very good case. I'd highly recommend this firm for any employment related matters.

I can't believe how unprofessional these people are. I explained my situation to the intake team and paid $100 to consult with their attorney. They sent me two retainer documents and I had to chose one. I called multiple times and emailed them to ask some questions regarding the retainer document. Nobody seems to care and respond back. Looks like I just lost my $100 for nothing. BEWARE!!

My initial consultation went well and it felt like a good choice. The staff were friendly and responsive. I had my initial meeting with the attorney and was counseled there wasn’t a case to pursue. That’s fine, that’s why I wanted to do a consultation. Just be mindful that the various billing charges add up quickly. I was charged $2000 of my initial $3000 retainer to review docs and a one hour call. Their rates were in the retainer contract. I just didn’t expect the number of hours I would be billed for an initial consult.
