We worked with Zania at Thrift MacKlemore to set up trusts for every member of our family, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. She took the time to clearly explain the importance of trusts, guided us through the entire process with care, and helped us set up a Special Needs Trust with all the required pre-approvals, along with appropriate trusts for each of us. Zania was incredibly patient, thorough, and always willing to answer our many questions, no matter how detailed. Setting up trusts can be a complex and overwhelming process, but her guidance made it feel manageable and reassuring. I had my trust and will completed with Thrift McLemore, and I could not be more pleased with the experience. Stephanie, Zenia, and the entire team were extremely professional from start to finish. They took the time to truly understand my goals and what I wanted to accomplish, and they carefully walked me through every option available. They also provided honest, thoughtful feedback on my ideas, explaining which ones worked well and which ones needed adjustment based on current laws. Stephanie did an excellent job explaining different scenarios and how my wishes would be handled legally. Before working with them, I had used an online will and trust service, and it was very basic and ultimately did not meet my needs at all. Unless you have a very simple situation, I would not recommend going that route. A professionally prepared trust is far superior, and I believe the vast majority of people would benefit from working with an experienced attorney like Stephanie rather than wasting money on online services. Plus the cost was very reasonable. The level of care, attention to detail, and customer service I received was truly first class. It was clear that they cared about every step of the process and about doing things the right way. I give them a 10 out of 10 and would highly recommend this firm. Zenia came to me as a referral from a mutual friend. My husband & I were looking to make changes to our estate planning. We decided to do them over entirely with her. She was able to find some areas we didn't have covered and or addressed. In the end the process is very smooth & easy. It can feel overwhelming, but she did a great job keeping it organized for us. Love that it all in a binder, labeled, organized, and more. Her and her team did a great job!
