I would highly recommend Joshua Hargrove and the team at Tracey Woods. Recently our family finally got some relief from a two-year ordeal related to an allegation of Sexual Assault. We want to thank Joshua Hargrove and the team at Tracey Woods for their advocacy during this challenging time. Thanks to Joshua's efforts with the DA's office, the prosecutor reduced the charges from a felony to a misdemeanor sexual assault and the judge agreed to full expungement upon completion of terms. Joshua’s aggressive representation in court and direct discussions with prosecutors were crucial in getting this outcome. We are deeply grateful to Joshua for supporting our son throughout these difficult years and restoring peace and hope in our lives.

Please don't not waste money with this law firm. I put my trust into them and after 12 thousand down for the retainer plus 1000 per month for almost two years they didnt help with anything. Tracy talks to you the first time you need help and she really does a good job at buying people but after that you get handled over to someone else and never speak to her again. Person on the case was always gone on vacation and would move court dates far away to fit their schedule as they were never there.They just kept asking Judge more time for case and in the end we ended up switching lawyers. They kept requesting more money to assisting in the case and the person the was in jail for almost 2 years since tracys law office was on the case was out and free not even 2 months after. Very disappointing and i hope no one else goes through this and gets robbed. This account is not on the client list as it was made to hide identity.

I was fortunate enough to have OWI charges dismissed after one of the attorneys used his years of experience and in-depth knowledge of the law to successfully argue a motion to suppress all evidence gathered by police on the night of my arrest. The attorneys at this firm are very skilled and have a deep understanding of the law as they determined my rights were grievously violated during the arrest. Tracey and her associates were very respectful and showed empathy throughout my case. I would highly recommend this firm.
