They racked up a bill doing "research" that I never saw or was given. Then they dropped me right before the case went to court, making that research useless. I was passed from kne lawyer to another, requiring more paid time for them to "get up to speed". This is seriously unethical and wasted my money. Calls and emails go largely unanswered. I have serious questions about the ethics of this firm. I recommend using someone else. If you want clarity and responsiveness, this is likely not your firm. edit: the firm has contacted me and is trying to male things better... edit: the firm really turned things around. I am still not happy with the lawyer is had in the beginning, BUT everything was made right and I cannot be happier with the treatment by this firm. I wholly recommend.
