Lucie and Jericka were very easy to work with and helpful along the journey to getting the green card. While getting all the paperwork necessary is a tedious task, it was much easier done following their instructions. Also it’s great having to follow their timeline so you don’t drag on the process for longer than needed; that was very effective and efficient for us. We felt safe and confident in their hands throughout the process. Also, their Salem office is very cute and pleasant :)

They were great assisting with citizenship!! The only problem is that no one ever picks up the phone on their Salem office. So, if you need something urgent make sure that you have at least 24-48hrs to spare for a call back.
