David Werley was brought on to my case in late September to defend me for two misdemeanor offenses. I would highly recommend him. He was able to work a deal with the prosecuting attorney and reach an agreement. David was punctual, a great communicator, empathetic, extremely transparent, very approachable and highly knowledgeable. It was so reassuring to have someone like him that who was also non judgemental. He made me feel like he truly cared. In the end he saved me from serving a year in jail. For that I will forever be grateful. Definitely a 5 star attorney.

David Werley is amazing. He goes above and beyond for his clients. I can tell he truly cares. Even though I know he’s juggling a ton of cases, he somehow always gets back to me quickly whenever I have a question or concern. That kind of dedication is rare, and I really appreciate it. He’s currently working on a paternity/custody case for me, and he’s made an incredibly stressful and uncertain situation so much easier to navigate. I hired Attorney David Werley to help my friend who never should have been in jail. David jumped in right away and didn’t waste a second. He took the situation seriously and treated it like it mattered to him personally. He kept in touch with me late at night, asked questions, and wanted every detail he could get. He found where the court messed up and pushed hard to fix it. Because of his work, my friend was out of jail in less than a day. I’m truly grateful for what David did.
