Since working with Anne, one word that keeps coming to mind is 'gratitude.' Anne made this was new and quite heavy experience for me a little bit softer, and her impact is still felt today. Anne was very professional and conducted herself impeccably. For me, it was so much more. She created a safe space for me to land with all of my questions and concerns. She encouraged me to use my voice and speak my truth, unbeknownst to her, simply by the way she mediated. I felt supported, heard, seen and valued for my experience and position. I needed all of this things to move through and to move forward. 'Thank you' are two words that do not feel sufficient in expressing my deep gratitude to Anne. I am blessed to have her in my story of life.

Words can’t properly express how grateful I am for Erica. From the first 10 minutes we met in our initial consultation, I knew that she was the right person for our divorce. We went through the process extremely quickly (the fastest I’ve heard of from anyone I have spoken with), smoothly, and for a very fair price. Her demeanor and process allowed my ex-wife and I to work through what might be the most challenging time in my life, in a way where we both walked away feeling like we were treated fairly and respectfully. This outcome also had the benefit of showing our children how, even in a less than ideal situation, adults should conduct themselves. I was initially skeptical about the need to hire a mediator. There were no areas of major disagreement regarding children, property, or finances. After going through the entire process with Erica, I am happy we chose to work with her. She provided unbiased guidance regarding what Wisconsin law requires as a baseline and what is typically included in a marriage settlement agreement. The final marriage settlement agreement perfectly matched our needs and desires for our separate lives after divorce. It included several items that I never would have thought to include, but will make my post-divorce life much easier. I strongly recommend working with Erica. I can't imagine going through this process without her help.
