My consultation was done by phone, but it was very convenient for me. She answered all my questions and was thorough and thoughtful. I felt confident and safe communicating after having talked to her. Would have been five stars if my appointment wasn’t delayed by a few minutes. However, the receptionist handled the situation promptly and professionally.
