A complete mess. Super unprofessional and unorganized. They procrastinate all the time. All Mari and her team care about are the payments but she does not care about her clients. They'll lead you on for months on your case to ensure that you pay them, but they don't actually help you at all. Don't get me started on Laura and how insufferable the whole team is. Would not recommend them.
