I have used Amin Law and Haitham's legal services numerous times now. I must say, he and his firm are hands down the best legal team you could ever need. He is the most knowledgable lawyer out there, and he has a team of lawyers at his firm that specialize in different areas of law so you're always covered. He has always been available to answer any questions at any time, and works hard for you on whatever legal issue you may have. I love this firm so much I have referred family and friends to him and they are all happy with him and the firm as well. They have all used him for family law, divorce, restraining orders and custody and all have had the awesome positive experiences I have had. And they keep referring him to their friends and family as well! Im from LA, and even though there are so many lawyers down here, I still use him and his firm because he is the best out there! Amin law has been very responsive and promptly answers any questions I have about legal process. They are well informed and a pleasure to work with. The first thing they told me was I could use a county self-help site to manage my case which is basically them turning away business in the interest of being fair. I appreciate that level of integrity. If I need non- self help, Amin law will be my first stop.

Dear Mr. Haitham G. Amin Subject: Concerns Regarding Compensation Case Management Case Type: Compensation I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express serious concerns about the handling and management of my compensation case, which was entrusted to your law firm, AMIN LAW, P.C. As you may recall, I approached your office after being involved in a fatal accident while working as an Uber driver. Initially, you expressed hesitation to take on my case until verifying the defendant’s financial assets, even though such verification is typically the responsibility of the representing law firm. To assist in expediting the process, I provided all the necessary documents to demonstrate the existence of recoverable assets. After you agreed to take on the case, we mutually settled on a fee structure of 40% in the event of an out-of-court settlement and 45% if the case proceeded to trial. Subsequently, I was asked to personally obtain hospital records, a task that is generally expected to be handled by the law firm in such cases. This resulted in me incurring over $400 in additional expenses, which I bore entirely on my own. As time progressed, attempts to negotiate with the defendant’s attorney failed, with the settlement offer reduced to merely “a few hundred dollars,” despite the initial estimated compensation of $100,000. Additionally, I observed reluctance on your part to pursue litigation in court to secure my rightful compensation. To further complicate matters, I received another request to verify the defendant’s assets, despite having already provided the required documents at the outset. This delay led to over four months of inactivity, with no tangible progress being made and further financial strain placed on me. Recently, I was informed of your decision to withdraw from the case, which has left me in a significantly disadvantaged position. I trusted your firm to represent me effectively, particularly for court proceedings. I wish to emphasize that I sought your services to avoid wasting time and resources pursuing a settlement independently. .
