We cannot recommend Megan Neil enough. She made an incredibly overwhelming and confusing immigration process feel so much more manageable. Megan clearly explained everything that was required for submission, helped cut down wait times wherever possible, and was always available to answer questions with patience and kindness. She truly eased our minds, especially when it came to fears around the immigration interview, and made us feel prepared and supported every step of the way. Her knowledge, organization, and calm demeanor turned what could have been an extremely stressful experience into a much smoother one. We are so grateful to have had her guiding us through this process.

We met our Aspire immigrant lawyer through an immigration company that was not lawyer based, Aspire has attorneys who work with the company & when realizing the initial company has no legal rights to help, we made the decision to leave & go through Aspire directly - which of course was extra money but kindly discounted. Our lawyer said she WOULD help with everything from the first paperwork, to the Interview prep, and so on, that she has many clients who celebrate how well she does & we don’t fault that, but it was and isn’t our experience. We were delayed, not due to lawyers fault - then things slowed down, time off, no responses, but we get it, lawyers are busy. Family deaths, others personal problems, no fault, these things happen. My wife sent a message to our lawyer, in desperation, time lines were being met, we were waiting around what felt like a lot, with the administration & one income, there was and still is a lot of pressure. The response summed up said we expect too much, and that she hopes things work out for us. We haven’t heard back for more than a couple of months. We have our interview in 11 days & have had to do everything ourself past sending checks for filling online. It’s been months. The lawyer we had, she was great, but things just went downhill suddenly & VERY quickly around 4-5 months in. We’ve now been in our process for 16months total, not all at fault here, but we have had to do the majority alone. We’ve also had complications with our case due to mistakes. We just do not recommend.

We had such a wonderful experience with Megan and her firm. She was calm, kind, and well informed in situations that were incredibly stressful. I’m not real good at writing reviews. That being said, I found Jaci one of the most compassionate people I’ve ever met. On top of that, she’s tough and gets the job done. Our journey through immigration was long and convoluted. Every time we thought we’d reached the finish line, something else popped up demanding attention. Jaci was always there to assist us and she went to bat when we hit stuck points. Both Jaci and Meagan have set my standard for outstanding legal advice. If you need immigration legal assistance and/or advice, give them a call. You won’t be disappointed!
