I was wrongfully terminated in November 2024. Thankfully I had liability insurance, I am even more thankful that Avery Dooley & Noone, LLP were chosen to represent me. Thanks to the hard work of Peter, Brien and Ngai a settlement was reached and as of today 1/6/2026 I have received retirement and full retirement benefits! These guys know what they are doing and I couldn't be more thankful for all they did for me to ensure a proper settlement was reached and that I retained all of my retirement benefits, which I had worked for over 34 years to attain! Thanks guys! You were truly a Godsend!

Beware: Career Guard Fails to Protect When It Matters Most "I strongly advise anyone considering Career Guard Liability Insurance to look elsewhere. In my experience, they do absolutely nothing to protect their clients from unscrupulous allegations. Instead of being a shield, they take a 'sit back and wait' approach that leaves you vulnerable to the very people they are supposed to protect you from. My appointed attorneys, Avery, Dooley & Noone, were equally disappointing. They failed to provide proper representation and neglected critical steps in my defense, such as conducting necessary depositions. Before signing up, do your homework. Ask them directly: 'What is your success rate?' and 'When was the last time you actually won a case in court?' Do not be fooled—a settlement is NOT a win if the insurance company and their counselors did nothing to fight for you. They prioritize easy exits over actual defense. Seek a company that is actually willing to stand up for its clients."
