Reviews
We would like to thank Brown law and all of their staff for their excellent work and efforts throughout this process. We were really stressed out in the beginning, but they guided us through this and were very understanding of our concerns and nine months we were able to complete the whole process for the green card they kept us up-to-date to Ever changing Laws and guidelines through this new administration. Everyone don’t worry you’re in good hands when choosing Brown law once again we would like to thank everybody that has helped us throughout this process. Hope whoever is going through this finds someone to help them in our case we highly recommend brown law.
I 100% recommend Brown Law. I had to submit a response to USCIS for my case within 30 days and they were able to do it. I’ve had bad experience with other law firms but Brown Law was a 5 star experience. They work fast and efficiently. Ruth (Attorney) and Carlos (Paralegal) were very helpful and attentive. Thank you all so much for what you do.
We hired this firm a couple of years ago, and initially, I had a good impression of attorney Kalie because she seemed professional. During the contract, they were generally responsive—calls and emails were answered, and the attorney herself replied when contacted. However, not everything was handled exactly as we requested. Some actions discussed in consultations didn’t fully translate into what was done, which caused confusion. Most of the administrative staff handled interactions professionally, but there were a couple of receptionists who seemed less professional at times, which was noticeable. Since the contract ended, the level of attention has noticeably dropped. It feels like our case is no longer a priority for them, and follow-up and communication have decreased. While part of the work was done correctly, this lack of continued attention is disappointing. My recommendation: this firm can be professional and responsive while a contract is active, but be aware that some aspects of the work may not follow client instructions exactly, and attention may diminish once a contract ends.
Thank you so much to Brown Law. They have helped me received my green card. I would highly recommend them for all immigration needs.
