In the beginning everything was great! I reached out to Charles Smith for my divorce process. I give 3 stars specifically for divorce matters only! I’m sure he’s amazing handling your immigrations process needs! But for my experience the lack of communication was real! I understand when a business is busy asf, but I didn’t get any updates whatsoever. There is a paralegal there, her name is Ebony, she was my point of contact from beginning to end, although it was not her field or assignment, she helped me with all my concerns and def went above and beyond to see if everything was okay! She made me feel understood and heard and I needed that, esp in this frustrating divorce transition. She does amazing work to listen and make sure Charles clients are taken care of. I would recommended Charles for any immigration documentation’s.

I highly recommend Dr. Charles. He took my family's case, which to start with was a complicated case. However, he was always available to answer every question we had without ever making any promises regarding the outcome of the case, but rather explaining what the law says in each of those situations and offering his professional opinion, which from my point of view was very professional. They have enough bilingual employees who can assist you if you do not speak English, but Spanish. However, if you can speak English, at least in my case, he was available to speak with most of the time, and when not, he would always reply to my emails within reasonable time. I found the fact that I could directly communicate with him very valuable. He spent as much time as it was needed with my family and I when we had an appointment with him. Dr. Charles has also been willing to answer questions and still replies to emails even after a decision had been made in our case, and technically, his job has been done. My family and I appreciate all the work that he put in our case. It has been a blessing to have him represent us, he is also probably one of the most affordable attorneys in the area, or at least he was when he took our case.

He is the most affordable, reliable and straightforward lawyer. My case was very complicated, the lawyer i had before messed up my paperwork and i was dragged through the courts for over five years and the lawyer i had at the time didn't seem to care and he was expensive, i found Mr. Smith online and he explained everything to me and i followed his instructions and everything was fixed and now i am looking to do my citizenship and i wont use no other lawyer but him
