I am very greatful and thankful that Attorney Brandon Delfunt and team was on my son case. He were so patient, thorough, personable and through the terriffic event he made us feel at ease. My son was accused of a crime that he had no parts in or affiliation in anyway and was treated like he was proven guilty when arrested. Mr. Brandon made sure to get all evidence and got all charges dismissed. Which was a felony Murder charge. So im grateful and very happy that God made sure that he was on our case. The Delfunt Firm is where you should look first. Funny note: My husband told him he has never told another man he loved him but we truly do. Wish him all the best.

Beyond satisfied with the Delfunt Law Firm!! While I can’t promise your process will be as fast and as simple as ours, I know Joanna Delfunt and her staff are the ones you want working with you and for you! In less than a year my husband was able to obtain his green card! They are attentive to your needs and are in constant communication with you. Unfortunately we had previously worked with a different law firm and almost missed an important deadline because of a lack of communication. Joanna and her staff kept us in the loop throughout the entire process and even when I was procrastinating, they made sure I didn’t forget I had documents to submit.
