They did my ERC and although they said they will help me along the way, they did nothing but file. My ERC is processed and approved, IRS put a hold on the check without a reason and now i’m contacting these guys to figure it out but instead they will just send me an invoice to pay their cut. WHERE IS MY MONEY TRAVIS? You know i received nothing yet you send me emails to receive your cut. How many emails or calls i should do before i can get a hold of any of you? SCAM.

We used ERC Pros trusting the process. What we found was anything but great. We did not receive all of the monies from the IRS as indicated by ERC and then ERC sent us to collections. Ridiculous! Their own contract states that I am only responsible for 15% of the monies I receive from the IRS but they sent me to collections for more. DO NOT USE THIS ORGANIZATION

I've never heard any updates about the process if my analysis except when I insist. If you are a small business looking for employee retention credit, be careful working with them. They will take all of your information and after a month still say "we are working on your analysis" we will be with you as soon as possible. The sad thing is that this company acts like they really care, but they are only looking out for their own best interests. Also calling their 877 # only gets you an recording service and a live person never comes on the line.
