Gloria and her team are amazing, they helped me with DACA to then getting my green card. Mrs. Cardenas and her team are amazing, they answered every question I had and always put me at ease. Jack was amazing at always getting back to me with every email I sent him. I will definitely be reaching out in a few years when I can Naturalize. I recommend Familia America to anyone seeking a good and honest lawyer for their immigration needs.

We initiated a contract with Gloria believing she was the "Immigration Queen." We only had contact with her once, the initial meeting (which we paid for), and after that things were handled by her paralegals who would not grant us access to Gloria to ask legitimate questions. I was told my questions were unimportant and thus not worth Gloria's time. I was in process for a year with Gloria, and after multiple roadblocks and a complete lack of communication and advice, I hired another lawyer to handle my case. Within 3 months, the process was completed with USCIS and my husband was approved. Do yourself a favor and don't hire Familia America. My lawyer fees went to... God knows where but lining Gloria's pockets for little to no real work. She clearly has enough clients to keep her busy and I'm sure she knows the process, but that did not translate to us and our case. We could have had this done months ago and for $4,000 less than I paid to Familia America. Very disappointed.

I would absolutely recommend anyone to use Familia America. The staff is incredibly kind, helpful, and prompt. Gloria was amazing about answering our questions and being with us every step of the way. The practice does an amazing job of staying on top of the process and keeps you updated on everything.

Gloria helped so much with my mothers case, she had been in the United States for almost 2 decades and Gloria was still able to help her out. I joined the Military to help my parents out and didn’t know much about the process after however Gloria was able to help out so much with it. Thank you Gloria.
