I’ve been a client of Findling Law since early 2022 for a very turbulent and acrimonious custody battle. After our breakup, my ex refused to let me see my daughter at all for nearly six months. She used manipulative and abusive tactics such as telling me to turn around halfway through a 10 hour drive for parenting time, posting disparaging and false videos and comments about me on her social media pages, and representing herself as the victim and me as a “deadbeat dad” while actively opposing any attempt I made to have more time with my daughter. After my initial meeting with Daniel Findling to discuss the process and develop a strategy, Braden Finch was the associate assigned to my case. With their help, I was granted an order for non-disparagement and both a regular and holiday parenting time schedule. They also assisted me in reaching a settlement when my ex attempted to move out of state mere weeks after I had moved here to be closer to my daughter. Braden and Daniel worked tirelessly to ensure the best outcome for me every time we had to return to court. Braden in particular is a great listener and was always willing to hear my concerns. He allowed me to express my frustration with the process and gave me frank and insightful advice on how to proceed. Perhaps most importantly, he helped me to understand that family law matters are often marathons, not sprints. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the wonderful staff at the office, including Mary Ann, Kim, and Ashley. Everyone I met and interacted with was pleasant, professional, and clearly passionate about providing the best possible representation to their clients. I cannot express how grateful I am to the Findling Law team for the hard work they put into my case. My daughter and I have a wonderful relationship and are closer than ever, and I doubt I would have had such a positive resolution without this firm.

Do not trust this attorney once you give him the $2500. Your money is gone no results will happen. He did not even handle my divorce. He merely was supposed to reinforce what was already in a divorce settlement. He couldn’t even do that or did not want to He filed two motions One motion he did not follow through with and a motion to take him off as my attorney and than when I requested the paperwork to verify what work he did required by law he charged me $620 for this and requesting a return on some of the depositDaniel billed for each call which he avoided I was forced to hire another attorney for an additional $3500 while Daniel refused to refund any money even though he had not done his job properly.Do not give this man any money. He seemed like he was on the side of my ex-wife when she illegally tried to sell a house without my signature or knowledge he did not take the wind out of her sails and made my case worse. Which is very discouraging when you’ve given this man money to be represented. I will be looking into filing a grievance with the bar association. This man needs his license taken away. Their are definitely a lot of bad attorneys out there. They want your money and they produce nothing and unfortunately I feel Daniel is one of these people try to avoid using him or less you need a overpriced pet rock Also look at the bad reviews they are dead on about his attitude and work ethics no matter how much he tries to cover them up with fake reviews.

Thank you Braden! Thank you! I couldn't have gotten through this withou you! He would remind me that was I doing was for my child and that I'm a great Mom - what you need to hear when dealing with anything for your child(ren). Sad to say this was my fourth attorney in two years and Braden will be my LAST!! The knowledge and compassion he has is top notch! I am someone who has to tell others when the service was great and Bradens' was great. He knows his stuff!! Braden is professional, kind, listens and takes action! All important - when you're a survivor/thriver of DV.

I was being bullied by the opposing Law Office, until I met with Braden Finch. I felt heard, an anxiety was calmed. Divorce in itself is daunting but to Divorce someone who wants to destroy you is even scarier. Braden was completely professional and thorough during the process. Thirteen months the ex kept causing problems, all to be awarded nothing monetary. A faux plant, an old fire place, and shoe rack and a picture. I strongly suggest call and ask for Branden Finch.
