Six weeks in overnights last year. That's all my husband and I had together with his daughter/my bonus daughter in 2024. There are way more weeks in a year than that. 46 more weeks than that. Disgusting! Then, he gets a piece of mail right around father’s day saying her mom wants to take even that from him. She wants full legal and physical custody. It felt like the air was being drained out of us. After reaching out to several attorneys, one man stood up, stood out, and very confidently said, "We're not going to let that happen." Eric Pazner stood up for my husband when it mattered most. He believed in him as a man and a father and let us know that my husband deserves more time with his daughter and he was going to make that happen. Just before last Christmas, he was awarded 50/50 custody of his daughter and since then he/we get time together every week. We have weekends together now. We have holidays together. Christmas was absolutely incredible. I got to see my husband watch his little girl wake up Christmas morning to everything Santa brought, and the sheer joy she felt that morning made everything worth it. Now, he gets a say in his daughter’s life. He gets to be there for her extracurricular activities, he gets to take her to the park, Plan vacations with her. He gets to give that sweet little girl the best daddy she deserves. Even better, seeing them together and seeing the love they have for each other and the fun they have just melts my heart of the bond they have with one another. If you are struggling with getting what's fair for you and your child, please do both of you the biggest favor ever and call Eric and F.R.E.D. This is not how things should go. Children deserve to be with their Daddy just as much as their Mommy.
