Eric Pazner and his team have been very thorough and diligent with my divorce case. It has been a relief to know the future with parenting time with my children are supported by such a professional staff. Eric has been personally involved with me from the start, answering my questions, educating me and has a plan to pursue the needs for me as a father. I believe every good father should have equal rights with their children as the mother has; children need to have both loving parents in their life. It is apparent that Eric Pazner sees this value and we are currently seeking the parenting time needed for me as a father. I would recommend this staff to a father in need of support.

My experience with FRED, and Eric Pazner in particular, was superb. It's never a great situation when you need to reach out to a lawyer for help, but Eric helped put me at ease every step of the way. There's always a few factors everyone considers when looking for a lawyer, and two that were important for me were cost and confidence. During my initial search, I interviewed several lawyers and determined that the thing that is most important is CONFIDENCE! And Eric had made me feel more confident than anyone I met with. There were a couple lawyers that were "cheaper" but even that was small and there is a level of uncertainty with it. I went with Eric because he understood my situation, explained what he could do and what I could expect clearly, and has a ton of experience in these cases. I went for revised custody agreement and Eric got me everything that he had explained I could reasonably expect to get, and more! He didn't over promise and under deliver, he set the tone for every interaction with my ex and her lawyer with confidence and professionalism. Since then, he has answered even minor questions that I have, and helped guide me through the continuation of the relationship with my ex. He offers advice and continously reminds me of what the law offers and gives direct, no nonsense directions. I can't recommend Eric enough! He is awesome and will help you get what you deserve.
