Unlike many of the recent reviews, I had a great experience with this law firm. I’m an American citizen, and this attorney helped both my mother and my husband obtain their green cards. Scheduling the initial consultation was straightforward, and speaking directly with the attorney was easy. As is common with many law firms, much of the follow-up was handled by her assistants. I assume the attorney spends a significant amount of time in court, so it’s understandable that she doesn’t manage all the paperwork personally—likely reviewing it only as needed. Communicating with her assistants was generally smooth; we mostly corresponded by email, and they typically responded within 2–3 days, which I think could be faster but was still manageable. The only hiccup I encountered was when one of the assistants left the firm, and I wasn’t informed. As a result, my emails initially went unanswered until I followed up. I also agree with other reviewers that getting someone on the phone can be difficult at times. On the positive side, the firm offers payment plans, and I found their rates to be affordable compared to other immigration attorneys I contacted. In summary, while their phone communication could definitely be improved, my overall experience was positive. The process was relatively easy, and I’m very happy with the outcome.

We paid $1,000 to talk with the attorney one time and for filing record requests. everything was handled through her assistants and emails for a year or so when we were eventually discharged after being accused of lying about information we shared pertaining to what we recalled from a criminal case 30 years ago. They also said we didn't respond promptly but we had spoken to 3-4 different legal assistants so we felt the communication and staffing was a major downfall. After we were discharged we decided to apply for citizenship without an attorney. We received citizenship within 8 months of applying and after an interview with immigration officers who did clarify the history of our situation and correct information. We felt the law firm didn't care about our situation or clarifying information. There is free legal counsel surrounding the rose park area that helped give us guidance, information and gave us a good start on forms, record requests and the process of filing for citizenship. if legal counsel is warranted we would not recommend this law firm. We felt we wasted a year or so going in circles with their team but grateful we retained citizenship on our own prior to the newest presidency.

Horrible and very unprofessional! I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!!! They never respond to calls or emails!!! They also moved offices and haven’t updated their location. We can’t get into contact with her but she has enough time to post videos on tik tok. I wouldn’t trust them with your case. Waste of time and money!!

Horrible lawyer, (Jennifer) I do not recommend her at all!!! She supposedly was helping a family member with a immigration application. Jennifer got paid over $9000. That's how much she charge for her work and for the application it took over two years. It took her that long to confirm that she did not submit none of the paperwork! My family member would call her often to see where her case was at or doing, because my family member hadn't received any receipt for her case. After those two years, she called Jennifer once again and she confirmed that she didn't send any documents or even do the application or anything that because she had no time like “what” !! AFTER TWO YEARS!!!!!

This law firm was highly unprofessional. They decided to change their minds mid my case and said they would charge me more than was initially agreed upon. When i said i couldn’t and wouldn’t pay more, i went months without hearing from my attorney when i asked for a meeting with her over the phone. She suddenly didn’t have time for me or my case. When it became clear I wasn’t going to give getting her on the phone, she dropped me as a client citing disrespectful behavior. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone. I also wouldn’t get my case correspondence from them on time. I had to ask and ask again before i could get that. One of my cases was dismissed a month prior and i still wasn’t aware. If I hadn’t checked online I would’ve never known.
