The staff was very nice every time we went to get an update on our case. My dad and I filed for him to get his residency and in less than a year he was approved for it. We are extremely happy and grateful to this law firm for their service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to start their process in obtaining documents.

I'm truly disappointed on how this law firm has handled our case. We submitted paperwork three weeks ago and since then failed to hear back from them with an update. We call almost daily, and they keep pushing dates on us. We understand that we have to be patient, but when there is no communication and have paid thousands of dollars upfront, truly makes it difficult to trust them. All I hope is that they do something about our case soon, if they are not willing to take the case, they should be honest and straightforward. The receptionists are very nice and friendly, but once we get transferred over to the department taken care of our case, the customer service is not there.

Very professional since the beginning. They guide you through everything, do all the work and very good work for you. All you have to do is be honest so that they can help you as accurately as possible. They are very straight forward on wether they can help you or not and they prepare everything very carefully as long as you provide everything they need from you for each package. This process is long, but it's worth the wait and you and/or your family member will be in great hands. We are so blessed and glad to say that thanks to them, my husband is now a Permanent Resident of the United States. Specially now with all the uncertainty of things with immigration. Remember, you get what you pay for, and for us, every penny was worth it.
