Some people do their jobs because it is a call to serve, to really help others who are in need of their guidance, in need of their knowledge and expertise. My daughter and I needed help after being in a horrific car crash on Interstate 89. I couldn't walk without pain. My daughter, a musician, started dropping her drumsticks when she played her instrument. I emailed Brooks McArthur at Gravel & Shea. He called me and invited us to his office. We sat with Brooks and Cassie Parah, the Paralegal. They welcomed us, listened to us, explained the process for dealing with the legal aspects of every step (for over a year). It was a huge relief to know that they were taking care of me and my daughter, while we navigated doctors appointments and therapy sessions, as our bodies healed. Brooks, Cassie, and the folks at Gravel & Shea helped us have peace of mind and spirit so our bodies could heal faster. There was less stress knowing that they were handling things behind the scenes legally. They treated us with kindness, professionalism, and patience. Most importantly, they treated us like human beings who were going through an extremely uncertain, scary, and difficult time in our lives. We are forever grateful to them.
