I had a great experience working with David Berman. He was not only kind and professional, but always very responsive to any questions and proactive about keeping me updated on my case. He prepared me well for my IME and fostered a positive working relationship where I felt comfortable to ask any questions or give input about my case. I’m very grateful to have worked with David and I would definitely recommend him to anyone dealing with a workers comp case.

I worked with David Berman for the last two years on my case. I was walked though each step of the process and what to do next. He actually found out my employer wasn’t paying me correctly. Normally any relationship I had with a lawyer they act above you and you feel belittled. This wasn’t the case he made sure to break it down and be-able to ask any questions and not feel invalidated. David responded very fast and makes sure things get done. I would highly recommend him to anyone I talk to.

THANK YOU, Dave, for all that you did for me in 2024-2025! Days after surgery, I hobbled into his office, scared by the new concept, logistics, communication, and legalities of the paperwork—and yet he tackled my unique case. He was professional; a thoughtful listener; very fast yet succinct in his replies and break-down of the endless paperwork; and most of all, was a level-headed mediator between me and my employers…without me hardly ever having to talk to them. This case took time, but through most of it, I was at ease cuz of how smooth he made the process and conclusion. As a result, we got a pretty decent deal. And I hobbled away, feeling financially secured again—which allowed me to focus on my physical recovery, with peace-of-mind.

I had a horrific accident at work 2 years ago. The Talbott Berman law office came highly recommended and I’m glad I decided to work with them. Both Mr. Berman and Mr.Talbott were extremely understanding, respectful and professional. My lawyer Mr.Berman, responded to every one of my countless text messages and phone calls.
