The lady that answers the phone is actually there only person I preferred to talk to. She comes across short and as if she is rushing but coming from customer service I understand she does not have any call center helper her answer our calls HOWEVER, the legal staff needs a lot of work they all give out different information and they do not communicate with eachother to make sure they have all the information they need There is a lady there that talks about being an accountant and belittled me. I do not recommend
Came to ask for advice with legal aid and boy do they not care about hearing you out.. she needs to quit her job if she don’t like it! This white young lady was in a bad mood and was being rude the whole time.. she said she didn’t care about my case since it’s a small case and that she wouldn’t be able to tell me anything bc it’s a complaint.. never did I ask for A free bono lawyer I just wanted advice.. again all you people can quit talks job if you don’t like wolfing for the poor communities.. that’s why it’s called LEGAL AID
Throughout the call, the receptionist's tone remains consistently rude and unhelpful. Their lack of professionalism and unwillingness to provide adequate support leaves you frustrated and dissatisfied with the service you received over the phone. Do not bother calling them…
It's truly unfortunate that the paralegals (Shiela Huff) have no compassion. I feel sorry for people who have no legal knowledge that really need this service. I wonder if the attorney's are as gross as the support staff...
The receptionist has a terrible attitude and did not want to help me or answer my questions. I told her I did call the office before arriving and the person I spoke to on the phone was very pleasant and helped me with all my questions, they didn’t make it seem difficult at all, she then replied with “I’m sorry they did that.”. She wouldn’t even tell me if I was in the right office building. I will be reporting her.
