Roya was amazing! She responded incredibly fast and always took the time to explain everything in detail, answering every single one of our doubts or questions. She notified us immediately about any updates in our case. We were signed up for USCIS text notifications, and every time I received a text from USCIS, less than 10 minutes later we’d get an email from Roya explaining exactly what the update meant and what to expect next.
