I reached out to them because they advertise that they handle civil rights violations but from the response is that they infact do not handle what they advertise they also would not confirm what field of law they do practice, so that is very suspect and a reg flag going forward. Based on this interaction and the refusal to actually communicate this tells me that you will just end up with a legal malpractice suit against them in the end

My experience with EMP law firm was amazing. At my initial consultation, Helen Parsonage was so comforting. I felt heard and she reassured me everything was going to go well. Exceeded my expectations. The paralegal that worked on my case, Maura, she was exceptional. Whenever I had any questions, she would respond to me in a timely matter. I also loved that anytime I had questions, I could just text them to her. That made communicating so much easier. My immigration interview was waived and I got my residency in less than a year. I Definitely recommend Helen Parsonage and I will continue to recommend her to family and friends.

Ms. Helen Parsonage is great and her team are very professional. What I know is they tell you the true and if your case has a possibility or not they tell you right away. They are very honest. I recommended them 200%. They like to help and give advices. My case was one of the worst cases that not any attorneys want to take bcuz will ended really bad. She was the only one that said she will fight it will be necessary. Her team prepared a very great documents to send and attached a lot of information relevant to my case. We were prepared. My faith was there in God and with this team. The solution was made in one year 3 months with YOUR CASE HAS BEEN APPROVED- by USCIS. We won!!!! Thanks Helen from the depths of my heart, thanks to Ale A, and Daniela M. The best ones!!

I initially contacted them from a referral and if I’m being perfectly honest it was a waste of $200. Mr. Lyon was extremely repetitive in his answers, his predictions on the range of options available to me were incorrect and it felt like I could have gotten more out of just googling the situation than paying for a consultation. Worst yet, he specifically told me to contact him again should my situation change or escalate as well helping me find additional help for my situation. What happens instead is I get an email saying the firm can no longer help me and to seek a second opinion elsewhere. I then sought an opinion elsewhere and the lawyer at that firm charged nearly 10x that but offered a free consultation. That free consultation was more helpful in the 15-30 min I had than in several sessions I had with Mr. Lyon and his firm which I had paid for. Don’t bother here. Either do your research or seek help elsewhere. edit: I received a call today after someone in the firm saw my review. They apologized and made offers of additional resources or help, further consultation on my particular problem, or a refund (with no strings attached). While I appreciate the customer service, it has to be noted that this comes *after* a scathing review. Not the 5 weeks between the review and when the aforementioned email was sent. I added back a star because a personal call with an apology + refund still meant something.

My experience working with Ms. Helen Parsonage is phenomenal. I have reached out to multiple attorneys prior and they only charged ridiculous amounts for their services and "took on my case" with no end result. Thank you EMP law for helping me with my immigration case with your expertise and professionalism. The immigration journey and the system can be so difficult to navigate alone and that often caused a lot of anxiety and stress for families. I felt that I could trust Helen and the office. It was truly a weigh off my shoulder. Thank you!
