I contacted Hornsby Law Group regarding a Georgia Open Records Act matter involving a complicated factual and procedural record. Although the firm ultimately declined to take the case on the fee structure I was seeking, Brandon Hornsby took the time to actually read what I sent, respond thoughtfully, and explain the firm’s position in a clear and professional way. What stood out most was that he did not ignore the substance of the issue or send a generic brush-off. He gave a candid explanation of how his firm handles these cases, why contingency arrangements are uncommon in this area, and what other avenues might still be available. Even though the answer was not the one I wanted, I respected the honesty and the fact that he treated the matter seriously. If you are looking for a law firm that communicates professionally, gives direct answers, and does not waste your time, Hornsby Law Group made a good impression on me.

Naomi should work on being or at least pretending to be compassionate and eager to help. I’m not sure if this is a reflection of the integrity of the office or if she is just bored and having a long day, but your front of line workers should leave the best impression and not the worst. Customer service should provide customer service and not take down a phone number and name and repeatedly say someone will email or call you back after I received an email that does not make sense and she says that that I cannot choose whether they email or call me back . I was told yesterday that I would be receiving a call back and I received in which I now need clarification on and upon her asking for my number again today I was told that I will receive a call back And notified her that yesterday I received an email and that now I need to speak to someone to clarify the email so another email is not going to work and I was told that They will basically contact me back by email or call, however they choose. I could’ve put in a request online for A ChatGPT structured email or to request a call back. Any AI system would do a better job than this employee.

Hornsby Law Group is an amazing Atlanta wrongful death law firm. Here are two things I think make them great. First, they’re caring, kind, respectful, and human-focused. They treat people like family! Second, they provide their clients with excellent communication and responsiveness. For example, I just got off the phone with Brandon and he was able to keep things simple and help me quickly. Having the ability to reach an attorney( and not an assistant) when you have a serious case is huge. Hornsby Law Group gives its clients the highest level of client service.  So, if you have a wrongful death or catastrophic personal injury case in Georgia, this should be the first law firm you call!

I am in the midst of an extremely distressing employment discrimination situation due to my disability. This firm has solid reviews and I was not disappointed. Brandon Hornsby called me personally, asked many questions and reviewed relevant documents, all to understand the situation and offer the most informed and accurate legal counsel. He remained in contact throughout the day, promptly responding to both emails and texts. He was very thorough, patiently explaining options and procedures, all the while being sensitive and thoughtful to my disability and needs. He is honorable, respectable, and honest. A lawyer operating with integrity is the most I could ask for!
