Overall, for simple uncontested divorces, I believe these folks will do well by most clients. You get what you pay for, and they certainly are far cheaper than most. For anything beyond that, they don't really have the capacity to serve folks well. They never provided me with the promised review of my case information, and I felt rushed to settle. Never did I get the impression that they had taken the time to truly understand my situation. None of the staff was particularly unkind, but you can tell everyone is vastly overworked. Things fell through the cracks. When your life is on the line, you need folks that have time to represent you appropriately and attend to your needs. I could see that every action they took was solely around minimizing their hours spent on the case, not the actual outcome. But at times they reached out quickly and handled scheduling for me. That was appreciated. Overall, a very mixed experience. I ended up needing to represent myself get things handled that weren't properly addressed. Not a fun thing to do when you're already in the middle of one of the most painful things you'll experience in life.
