I hired Andre for a simple naturalization application. I’m married to an American citizen and, at the time of my application, had been living in the US for 9 years. What should have been a straightforward process was made more complicated by Andre and Molly. I met with Andre twice - the first time for a consultation and the second time at my immigration interview. I was supposed to meet him for a scheduled practice interview, but after driving an hour into Seattle from Monroe, Andre didn’t show up. No apologies, nothing until I emailed him the next day. The paperwork for my application was passed on to Molly. It is a good thing that I reviewed every detail because she had checked “yes” to owing taxes and neither the yes or no box was checked for the question regarding having gone to jail or prison. 2 of the most important questions that determined whether I would receive naturalization had mistakes. When I pointed this out to Molly, there was no apology, just “good catches”. Each time I communicated with Andre and Molly, whether by email, phone or in person, I was met with coldness and borderline rudeness. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because my application (after reviewing it myself and correcting the mistakes made) was approved. Given the importance and stress of immigration matters, I expected a higher level of professionalism, accuracy, and reliability. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

Disorganized and not trustworthy. Apathetic and lacking passion. He is only in this for the money. His messy office speaks volumes about his approach to immigration law. The number of mistakes he makes is mind bending.
