⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hello everyone, I can confidently say that Darshak Shah is the best immigration attorney in Phoenix! He is highly knowledgeable and truly cares about his clients. Even though my green card process took almost two years due to an issue with lost mail, he never gave up on my case. Today, he personally called me and handed over my green card—proving that he not only remembers his clients but also stands by them till the very end. My parents were represented by this Law office of Darshak Shah. If there was an option to give 0 STARS, would have done that. At the time of retaining him there was no mention that it costs extra to have him accompany during the interview process. He never once communicated regarding the notices we were receiving from USCIS. I knew the entire process but wanted a professional to represent both my parents. I’d already filled all the info and all he did was type it and send us the document for proofreading, which I could do as I have done the green card forms and all the paperwork. He just gave the 100 questions to prepare for civic test which anyone can get from the USCIS website. I called him upon receiving the interview date and was hoping he advises us what to expect during the process. In terms of basic legal duty he was utterly incompetent. If you need a professional please do your homework thoroughly!!
