Working with Paige and his legal team was easy, timely, and reassuring. Upon our initial consultation he put our minds entirely at ease regarding our situation (we were totally panicked). He told us exactly what we needed to do, with a timeline to get it done, in order to have our case go smoothly. I don't know what we would have done if not for his advice in that moment. When we moved out of state, he agreed to stay on our case and we remotely completed the application start to finish. Their rates are also extremely reasonable. There was a constant line of communication and we could call any time with any concerns we had, and would either speak to an assistant if they could help, or Paige himself would call us back when available. I wish to thank the team for their help and reassurance during what is a scary time for most people. We could not have asked for more and will definitely be using his services again when the time comes.

There are lawyers who care and there are lawyers who are just in it for the money. Paige Benjamin was my lawyer and failed in writing my application correctly for many years. If you already paid for him to start your case he should not be charging you for more on getting simple answers. On top of all that we had to reschedule a court case due to the fact he came late and unprepared. Find a lawyer that actually cares about your future, Benjamin does not.

Paige Benjamin is an amazing attorney who new everything about how to handle our case. He and his paralegal are knowledgeable, bilingual, and prompt to clarify any questions that arose. Highly recommend!
