Wonderful experience! We came to Margaret Wong & Associates so my husband could receive a green card back in 2020 and finally this October 2025, his green card was approved! We had a rather complicated process because we had to apply for a 601A waiver, but Azzad did a wonderful job guiding us through this process. We also appreciate Leo and Emily, who helped us with the I-131. BIG SHOUT OUT TO YING BEI, she helped us with the final stages of our process which was the DS-260 and interview prep for our consular interview in Guatemala. I probably contacted her over 100x in the last few months to straighten out all the documents and talk over every little detail. She always responded in a timely manner and I sincerely felt that she cared for our case. Actually, all the lawyers at Margaret Wong and Associates cared a lot. This process has been a long and emotional journey for us, we are so glad that we went with this firm. I will say, it is imperative to know that even if you hire a lawyer, you MUST stay on top of everything and do your own research and gather all the correct documents yourself! The lawyer only works as fast as you go!

Worst lawyers to help on a case! Yall have been warned just look at the worst review . We paid $10,000 to help my father to get out and they didn’t to a slick of work we had to stay calling them just to tell us they are always busy and didn’t even know anything about the case when it came to it 🤦‍♂️. The judge even told Norm the one that was in our case what’s he going if this man is paying you . And the final time he pretty much told my dad tough stuff . It’s sorry when even the judge says sorry to my father that he should’ve done more . Just so much more I could say but that’s it .
