THIS is what world-class customer service looks like. Everyone at this lawfirm has exceeded my expectations, and then some. The immigration process can be very stressful, and I honestly felt silly when I told the receptionist I really didnt feel comfortable with the AI answerimg assistant, she reassured me I had nothing to worry about and scheduled me an appointment with someone in person the very next day! I amso thankful. Even when I missed an appointment, Miss Karla Salazar took care of rescheduling me within a couple of minutes. SHE IS 5-star customer service personified. Thanks to her help, I now have my peace of mind back and that is priceless. Thank you Maria Jones for assembing this team. You are like the legal Avangers :)

I have worked with this law firm since 2015. They helped me obtain advance parole and then helped me obtain my permanent residence. During this time the staff was very proficient and answered all questions promptly. They made the process very easy and fast. However, I recently became their client again this year and things are no longer the same. I reached out to the firm on 10/8/2025 and have not heard back. I have tried all methods of contact: text, email, and voice mail and till this day I have not received any response. The firm claims that they will reach back within 48 hours but I have not received a response in over 22 days. I find this to be very unprofessional and it gives me a high level uncertainty.

Karla Salazar was very helpful in answering all of my initial questions. She is fast and prompt in responding to appointment time and follow up questions. Made you feel like you are important and never made me feel rushed.
