Ross Gilders was recommended to me by a co-worker and he was a great recommendation. He and the team were always respectful, professional, and realistic. I had never done anything like this and he helped me understand all the processes and helped me properly prepare for my case. He was always very flexible with time and locations to meet. I called to speak with someone concerning Non Profit Law and if this firm handles anything in this sector and the reception after giving some details , he decided to guve me legal advice and state that my case sounds like it's a Malpractice case... I then asked was he an Atty with the firm? He stated, he was just a receptionist and he would transfer me over to a paralegal. I then asked him, why would you then give me a legal statement of what you base my case to be or fall under, when you are only to answer and direct calls to the legal team not give legal advice or your legal opinion thats not the position of a reception!?!?! He then stated, it was just giving his opinion. 😳😳😳REALLY What Law firm does this!? A receptionist is to get you over to the paralegal whom takes case notes then refer to I've of the Attorneys for further assistance!

I was involved in an automobile accident and was given Ross Gilders’ name simply to discuss how the Michigan insurance rules applied as I suffered some pretty severe back injuries. I can’t stress enough how compassionate, kind, responsive, and well educated in all facets of Michigan Auto Law that Ross was! Ross walked me through two major issues – first, dealing with medical claims and reimbursement, and secondly, handling a lawsuit on my behalf. The entire time, both he, and Jennifer, his assistant, would regularly e-mail, call, and text to keep me updated. Their primary focus was making sure my back healed, and that I was kept out of pain in the long-run. Money, cars, all come and go, but if you suffer from pain, that’s just a miserable life. After some grueling PT – which I still go to today, and likely will for some time – I’m slowly getting back the joys of life. Ross and Jennifer were there every single step of the way. Even questions that probably seemed dumb, were treated with the utmost respect and care. I was valued as more than a client. They wanted me to be pain-free. It was never about a monetary windfall; it was regaining the pleasures of life. Ross was up front in terms of what to expect, what the legal process entailed, and always set realistic objectives. Honestly, I hope you never have to use his services, because it means you were in a car crash, have an employment issue, a slip-and-fall, dog bite, or other unfortunate accident for which another is at fault. But at the same time, if you do, you will not find a single more qualified, responsive, understanding, thoughtful, and aggressive attorney who values you as a person. I wholeheartedly would recommend Ross Gilders should you ever need any legal advice or someone to fight for you. You’re not a number on a piece of paper there. You matter to both him, and to Jennifer, his assistant. You don’t get this type of care elsewhere
