This firm assisted in my son‘s divorce. They were supportive, professional, reasonable in their fees, and nonconfrontational, so was not to generate excessive fees. I truly appreciate the efforts of Elizabeth Soloman, his attorney and her approach to mediation and negotiation versus litigation. She said from the beginning, she was not a litigator, but a mediator and negotiator and this turned out to be a very true statement. Eleven years ago Nichols Sachs handled my divorce and produced my Will and Trust documents for me. They did a great job and I was totally satisfied with the experience. Recently I contacted Nichols Sachs again to update my documents and to help me create some additional documents. Mara Kent did a great job answering all of my questions and identifying some additional areas that I needed to have taken care of. Mara made me feel very comfortable. She listened to me, made good suggestions on what we could do to handle some special circumstances and never made me feel silly for asking all my questions. All of my documents are now updated and I am very appreciative of Mara and her staff's help in making sure my Estate Planning is complete. It is really a relief to have this off my to do list. I would highly recommend Mara Kent to anyone who has Estate Planning questions or needs.

Mara Kent is fabulous! Recently widowed as a parent of teens, I needed to rethink my estate planning -tough at any time- and she was gentle, patient, knowledgeable and very accessible. I appreciated that I didn't need to know exactly what I needed or wanted at the first planning meeting, and that I was able to request minor tweaks at the second meeting, before it was all signed and witnessed. Straightforward, clearly explained, highly recommend. Great location too, easy to find, and not intimidating. A lovely friendly office.
