Called in to get pointers for finding good attorney, not a recommendation for a specific one. Was told the line was only for attorneys and knew of no other number I could call or place I could get advice.

Complete joke, called in and ask to speak to someone so that I could report a person practicing law (real estate closings) without a license. Left numerous voicemails asking for a return call, only to receive an email telling me to file a complaint online, replied to the email asking for someone to call me back and they refuse.

We called the bar association after trying for two weeks to go through the lawyer referral service online. The site continued to say “processing” but it did not go through. We spoke to a very rude man who said there was nothing he could do and we should keep trying. We let him know we’ve tried multiple times over two weeks and he said to use google then. The whole point of the referral service is you can get a consult for $50. Worst attitude and customer service I’ve seen in a long time.

Tried to call to speak with someone but. They have been purchased by scammers and people that are unwilling to help. I tried to call in to explain my issues and they said the website says u must do it all there I was advised by many people to call in because I would receive better service. I am uncertain who the deeper toned man was but he was quite rude and hung up the phone while I was trying to explain that people and the website said if I had questions to call. I am not good with computers and all of that mess. It’s very rude someone like that can be in such a place of power.
