Evys and Steven were amazing to talk to but at the end of the day they are capable of nothing. I spent 20+ hours putting together everything needed for the case and they did nothing. Everything is a civil suit to these people. All they do is protect companies or just avoid work. North Carolina employees will keep getting taken advantage of as long as they keep employing lazy and uninformed people. What a shame.

I had a REDA investigator that failed to his job. Advised me that my grievance was not actionable by their office. I verbally withdrew my complaint one day and sent an email correspondence the next morning. He continued to call me and sent several emails to include one stating he did not read all my documents nor did he interview my witnesses. He took a statement I said completely out of content and told my employer I made a treat. I was then terminated.

I want to thank the labor board this morning for helping me get my hard earned money that was getting took from me from a company i was working for. For their purposes. I explained to the labor board how I was done they told me they're not allowed to do that so I called my old company and let them know the L.B. said they gave me my money but still had to give them some money just to get my money

The only reason they are getting 4 Stars is because Natalia solved my issue.. I called 3 times prior to talking to Natalia. My 3rd call I got Celeste on the phone. She was rude as hell and overtalked me. Instead of listening to me to find out that my son's work location had no walls, she kept ASSuming it did. I just hung up on her.. Thank you Natalia!!!!
