I came to get rescued at the last minute and they were there with their expertise and knowledge was able to work out a wonderful deal for myself, which would have caused me thousands. I worked with Attorney Marcia Guinyard and her office on a contempt of court and child support case. From the first time I spoke to Attorney Guinyard on the phone, I felt I was in good hands. I spoke to about 15 to 20 attorneys just to make sure I got the right fit for me, but none felt right when I spoke to them. Finally, with Attorney Guinyard, I felt she was the right fit. Her price was fair, and I got the feeling that she knew what she was doing. My ex-husband was very difficult, as he didn't submit all the financial documents needed for the child support case, but Attorney Guinyard was able to get the most important documents even without his cooperation. My ex was hiding his finances, but Attorney Guinyard didn't let that hinder how to defend me in court. My child support went up almost 4 times the amount. She was able to dig out so much information about my ex that he looked like a fool in court. With all the information that Attorney Guinyard presented in court, it was obvious that she had put a lot of hours preparing for the case. She just didn't show up to court; she showed up ready to defend me. Concerning the contempt case, we also prevailed in court, as he was found in contempt, and he was made to hand over all the documents he was supposed to give me 6 years ago ( since the divorce). Attorney Guinyard also asked the judge that my ex paid my attorney's fee, and we also prevailed in that. This case was a real victory for me. All throughout this case, the North Georgia Family Lawyers team( including Ahnuh, Renae) was efficient, cordial, and kind to me. I can not thank the whole team enough . Attorney Jenkins, who worked alongside Attorney Guinyard, was also fantastic. She was pleasant to work with and also came very prepared. They were a great team in court for my case. I'm so very grateful to God that I found this law firm, as the result they delivered was beyond what I thought . I recommend this law firm if you are looking for great results on your case. Attorney Marcia Guinyard and her team will work hard for you and get you more than the result you want.
