The other poor one star review might be accurate.... these attorneys however do practice law in Oregon... they just do it poorly. one star is one too much for this review. Unfortunately had the bad experience previously before this listed firm was LLC'd with some attorneys and one attorney indirectly and externally. My money 65k was sucked dry over months of delays and no positive outcome or cooperation for simple out of state divorce. Tied up in red tape and bureaucracy forced to cancel legal counsel becuz no more money. Had to request court approved Mediation (no attorneys).....yes it worked slow but it was working👍 finally...then with no notice (and me following the law and NOT represented by any attorneys) and 3 days before Christmas this case transformed into a nightmare, coordinated by opposite council resulting in a good family separated for years over falsely filed restraining orders, lies, false and misleading evidence provided to court and no due process and was never properly contacted by a court on this judgement even the court ordered mediator didnt know there was a hearing! Then the Judge retired right after this hearning.....yep all factual and true! Lost all without knowning anything for months...then found out the opposite attorneys present changed my income from reported $2,300 to $6,666 a month and even though i was currently at min wage and already provided current real income in the file to the court...this incorrect amount still hasnt been adjusted... and i still only make the same $2,300 a month for years. Not ethical at all. If this is the result of the "legal" work provided... you may want to choose to not pay for such a nightmare and loss.

This group of attorneys is completely incompetent. I tried to hire them to modify a judgment. They told me there's nothing they can do and hire attorney in a different state. I already have an attorney in a different state and they say I need one here to modify the oregon judgment. I would definitely not recommend this group of attorneys. In my opinion they know absolutely nothing about family law

Gordon Phillips was straight forward and didn't throw around a lot of legalese whenever we spoke. He kept in contact with me, listened to what I said, what I wanted, always gave me realistic outcomes, and organized and presented my case very well. He represented me whole heartedly and was very adept at trial. I would highly recommend him.
