Liz was rude and unprofessional. I had to repeat 3 times that i speak english and they keptj speaking to me in spanish.She was trying to take notes over the phone . I had to repeat multiple times to her my situation .After my frustration showed up with her, she told me that I should be looking into finding someone else . I asked to speak with the attorney and she said that she cant do that. Do not recommend. Dont waste your time here !
