Delia has been my immigration lawyer for a while now, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for anyone better. When nobody else was willing to help, she was there. She gave me hope and fought hard for my case. My situation was not easy there were many challenges, but Delia stood by me every step of the way. Also during the process I had to visit a couple of government offices, and because of my past experiences, I was scared to go alone. Delia came with me, making sure everything went smoothly. Some of the agency staff were even surprised to see a lawyer there supporting her client in person, but that’s just who Delia is. She truly cares about her clients safety and goes above and beyond to protect them. She is also extremely knowledgeable about the laws. Delia Salvatierra is, without a doubt, the best immigration attorney we have ever worked with. Before we met her, we had been working with another lawyer for many years. That attorney told us that my husband would ultimately have to return to his home country due to a denied appeal. We were devastated. She’s been my lawyer since 2012 , with 2 felony charges. She was the only lawyer that was able to help with my legal case. She got me my worker’s permit and my social security number. With that being said she just got my new case .
