I called just to see if I could get services, made it clear from the start that we have court this month, and it’s now the 13th — just 10 days away — and I still haven’t received an answer. It took them an entire week just to not call me back, and when I followed up, I was told they were still waiting to hear from the attorneys. For a firm that advertises having “decades of experience” and being the best attorneys in the world (insert sarcasm here), the service has been anything but professional. The staff, especially Delia, was rude and dismissive, as if I was out of line for following up after a week of silence. This was a simple civil matter, yet their lack of communication, urgency, and basic courtesy was shocking. If this is how they handle new potential clients, I can only imagine how current ones are treated. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. Definitely would not recommend.

My review is my opinion and an expression of how feel that I was valued as a client. It took over two weeks to respond to my email requesting information about my case. I complained that I was paying for correspondence and not getting any results. The next morning, I was informed that they wet closing out my file. I don’t believe that my concerns were valued. Once I complained about paying approximately 10 thousand dollars and not getting any results, they closed my file.

Ryan was excellent to work with! His office handled everything for me and kept me informed along the way. I appreciate all of their efforts.

I had an unfortunate interaction with Shermeka Kelly, who, despite her role as an account manager, attempted to offer legal advice in a manner that came across as dismissive and unwelcoming. Her approach gave the impression that clients were an inconvenience rather than a priority. Due to this, I ultimately chose to seek assistance from a different firm, which provided the support I needed for my family law matter.

I do not recommend this firm, when explaining my divorce case I explained if it was possible to get a divorce without asking for child support, I only wanted to finalize my divorce since the father of my son has never taken responsibility and he is a violent and dangerous person I only wanted to finalize the divorce without asking for anything else. My attorney Anne Thompson was the one I spoke to only once to explain my case after that I did not speak to her again and my case began to be handled by the paralegal Nathalie Mendez and she told me that I would see my attorney again until I was in court all the work was done by the paralegal whom I asked many times not to request child support and I explained the reason and my case many times she continued handling the case as she wanted charging for every call, email, template document to which only the client's name is changed, incredibly all the retainer money was spent on 2 invoices charges for calls, emails and charges for simple details. In the end, I asked her to stop working on my case, and she continued working, and then I received another bill... I do not recommend this firm. The interest is in continuing to collect, and there is no interest in the client as a person.
