Tried to hire them for representation for my brother in law. We had what was "supposed to be a consultation" and the paralegal said she would call back the next day at a scheduled time after she confirmed some information with the attorney. She never called back until about a week or 2 later saying for us to send over some documents. We decided to hire another attorney that took our concerns serious. I do not recommend this place, they offered unprofessional un unsatisfactory service.

This is the worst law firm ever, I was a client with this “law firm” i was detained by ice in court on feb 20, first sign the lawyer showed up late, after they detained me we waited for a motion to reopen to be approved while being in immigration I found out that the judge denied it, but I found out 10 days after the judge decision was given, when a day before I called the lawfirm they told me they were waiting, when it was past a week after the judge decision, we had 30 days to appeal now 20 days remaining, they never appeal the decision they told me they were working on a asylum application, they never submitted it, and I got deported, they even told me that the paralegals were giving FAKE info about my case, I wanted a refund for all the damage they brought to me, they didn’t want to refund anything, they just call to get the payments, they told me that the lawyer working on my case was “fired” and they felt sorry about it, yeah right, at least I want my money back! Only thing they did was submit the motion to reopen the day before the court after that nothing!

I called to ask about a consultation back in 2024 and decided to not schedule one bc I found a different practice. Mind you , I informed them of my decision and thanked them for their willingness to help. This was back in 2024 and since then I’ve received received at-least 5 times. I’ve asked them to REMOVE my number from their call list multiple times. They’re so insistent and hate being told NO. I got a call again TODAY. I wouldn’t recommend them at all it seems like they’re needy for clients.

Fredi Alcazar, I feel your pain. They are giving me the same treatment. Paid in full and all emails go unanswered, calls not return. They get good ratings for immigration matters but it seems they can't handle criminal cases. From Jessica to now the new One, whoever they are. I see they had time to respond to a 5 star but not to my emails over two weeks ago. The question is to them, would you want a lawyer to treat your family like you are treating us? Why take on a job you can't do? Christina Champagnie, was the only professional lawyer there, the only one that cared but she just up and left without any notice. Now all one stars and suffering.
